About:

Daisy Seaton

Registered Psychologist & Practice Owner

Hello and welcome!

I'm Daisy.

Basically, I love psychology, and getting to do it as a job is something I am so grateful for. It’s the thing I’m most passionate about and it brings me great meaning and fulfilment to be a psychologist.

As cliché as it may sound, I knew from a young age that I wanted to help people. I originally planned for a career in social work before I discovered a fascination with the human mind and psychology.

Over the last 10 years I have travelled broadly, dedicated myself to my studies, and worked in a variety of roles and workplaces (disability services, residential behavioural school setting, not-for-profit community organisations, private practice), soaking up as much learning as possible along the way.

I’ve gained experience working with a broad range of mental health concerns, and have developed a particular passion for helping people to recover from the impacts of traumatic or adverse experiences.

Now, I’m ready for the next phase of slowing, settling, and immersing myself in the process of cultivating Collector Psychology. I am proud to be able to offer the Collector Studio as a warm, inviting, cosy space - full of comfortable lounges, sunlight and greenery.

I understand that taking the first step towards therapy can be daunting. My aim is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, confront your fears, ugly cry if you need to, laugh and ultimately heal.

You can read more about my therapeutic approach on the ‘Services’ page.

Thank you for considering me as your psychologist on your journey. If you think we would be a good fit, please reach out.
